Normal menstruation can mean many different things to different women, but common factors include a relatively regular monthly schedule for your period, about the same amount of bleeding each month, and a duration of around a week or less1.
Unfortunately, though, not everyone experiences regular menstrual bleeding, and there can be many causes why. This website will help you learn more about the different causes of abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB).
