We collect this information directly from you and, for pages viewed, automatically from your browser. We use it to respond to you, arrange your care, and operate and secure the site.

Sharing

We share consumer health data with My Virtual Physician to arrange the care you request, and with service providers who process it on our behalf under written contracts. We do not sell consumer health data.

We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent, or as necessary to provide a service you request. When you submit a request for care, we ask for your consent to use your information for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, request deletion, withdraw consent, and request a list of third parties with whom it was shared.
