Most visits can be billed to insurance. If you prefer to pay yourself, the price is set before your visit.

We accept most major insurance plans. Your usual copay or deductible applies. Lab tests and ultrasounds are billed by the lab or imaging center under your plan.
Self-pay
Self-pay visits are available. Call 888-224-0804 for current pricing. Lab tests and imaging are billed separately by the lab or imaging center, and we can help you find self-pay options.

If you do not have insurance or are not using it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your visit. Ask when you book.
